Vendor FAQs

  • Yes! We offer Afterpay as a Payment method and aim to provide more Buy Now, Pay Later methods as we evolve.

  • Each location differs:

    At Superordinary - SCM can supply all tables and chairs. Marquees, weights. Any other necessary equipment your stall requires will be on the vendor to supply.

  • Yes! All approved Vendors must provide insurance.

    Merchandise and General Stallholders only may purchase 1-day Public Liability Insurance through SCM for a further $12.00 

    Food and Beverage vendors must supply insurance and food certificates provided by the Queensland Health and Wellbeing departments.

  • Each location differs:

    Yes! We are an all weather event. Weather monitoring will be conducted throughout the week and day of event.

    Superordianry is an indoor event with food vendors the only stalls being placed outdoors.

    Cancellations of event will be announced 1 day prior to event.

  • Gold Coast events: We advise 15kg's to each leg due to high coastal winds and constant weather changes. Sandbag's are too permitted. No pegging.

    If you'd like to have an open stall we advise all unsecured items such as: Umbrella's, racks, mirrors etc. to be weighted down.

    Superordinary: We don't require weights - however if you feel the need to secure your space please feel free to do as you please as wind could pick up flimsy racks inside the space.

    • Food vendors must supply insurance.

    • If you require power - cords must not exceed 30m in length and cords must be covered.

    • If you vend out of a tent - You must provide floor coverings.

    • If your Dessert/Drink space does not exceed 3x3m please select the correct option available.

    • If your Desserts/Beverage stall is vended in a food truck/trailer or is larger than 3x3m - please select the option according to your space.

    • 100% Refund: Available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.

    • 50% Refund: Available if you cancel within 7 days of booking.

    • Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund but can be applied as a credit towards our next event.
